Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is holiday celebrated in the United States on the fourth Thursday in November. It has officially been an annual tradition since 1863, when President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a national day of Thanksgiving.

I would like to give thanks for the following:

In a world where so many people live without the basic necessities, I give thanks for having food, clothing, and shelter. I give thanks for living in a country where I feel safe and for the people who protect me both here and abroad. I give thanks for my health and for having access to adequate medical care when I need it. I give thanks for a family who loves me and for friends who support me. I give thanks for my pets who entertain me and keep me company. And most of all, I give thanks for my daughter who is the light of my life.

Wishing you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving Day!
