Tales of Hope - Magilla, the high prey greyhound

Magilla spent four years at the racetrack and was finally forced to retire. Magilla's years at the racetrack makes him harder to adopt because of his high prey drive, making him unsafe around small animals. Being a large, black male Greyhound also makes him harder to adopt. But, even with all of these setbacks, he found the perfect home with Bill and Jan. Click here to watch this video on YouTube.

Special thanks to GreySave Rescue. The mission of GreySave Greyhound Adoptions is to facilitate the adoptions of greyhounds whose racing careers have ended and those who have been abandoned or who are unwanted; to positively impact the welfare of greyhounds; and to educate the public about greyhounds, their appeal as pets and their care. They want to help bring about a time when no greyhounds are destroyed at the end of their racing careers. To learn more about GreySave, visit http://www.greysave.org/
