Lily was rescued from a puppy mill in Rutherford County, N.C. She was one of more than 50 dogs including English bulldog, yorkie, cocker spaniel, French bulldog and shitzu breeds living in poor conditions and in need of medical care. Now she is thriving in her forever home with her mom, Lori.
