Pets for Life – Helping people helping pets

Via HumaneSociety.org - Pets for Life builds humane communities using innovative strategies and fresh approaches designed to extend the reach of animal services, resources, and information to under-served areas.

Addressing the critical need for accessible, affordable pet care, this program helps animals by empowering the people who care for them.

The HSUS partnership with PetSmart Charities brought much-needed pet food, spay/neuter, vaccinations, and wellness events to more than 9,500 pets in under-served communities last year—and it promises to help even more needy pets in the year to come.
