Tales of Hope: Autumn the pregnant stray

Sweet Autumn was picked up as a stray and found to be pregnant and about to give birth to fourteen puppies. The shelter rescued her from the streets and fell in love with her.

Knowing she was facing euthanasia, they contacted the no-kill Morongo Basin Humane Society and pleaded with them to take her. They did and are grateful to have done so. The Humane Society found a home for Autumn and all of her pups.

Morongo Basin Humane Society, located in Joshua Tree, Calif. was established in 1972 as the Morongo Basin's No-Kill animal shelter. To learn more go to www.mbhumanesociety.com
