Homeless dog gets makeover that saves his life

Charlie was found on the side of the road and taken to an LA animal shelter. He was covered in painful burrs.

Charlie needed to find a home quickly because it was a high-kill shelter. He received a makeover that saved his life. Two days later he was adopted.
