Wabbit Wednesday - Meet Peppino

Peppino is an neutered male dwarf/satin mix available for adoption at the Animal Rescue League in Pittsburgh, PA. Peppino means 'Joseph' in Italian, but it might as well translate to 'adorable'!

This little bun has a LOT of personality - he's very curious and loves to be petted. He's about a year old and weighs a little under three pounds, so he will probably not get much bigger than he is right now. He would make a wonderful bunny for a first-time rabbit owner, as he is very comfortable around people.

Peppino will not be adopted out as a pet for children. He deserves to be a family member, not treated like a toy. He may live for another 10 years or more, so be prepared for a long-term commitment.

If you have room in your heart and your home for this little boy, contact the Animal Rescue League of Western PA or visit Petfinder.com to find an adoptable rabbit near you!
