Daily Kibble announces “26 Acts of Kindness” to Share the Love!

The tragedy that occurred at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut hit people hard. In response, Daily Kibble is announcing 26 Acts of Kindness, a contest featuring 26 fabulous prizes plus a bonus charity donation, over a 26 day period starting on January 28 and ending on February 22.

Daily Kibble will not only make a contribution to a charity in honor of each winner as one of the prizes, but also award all 26 lucky contest winners an additional 26 prizes! The prize items are all special hand-picked gifts that pet lovers or their four-legged friends will crave.

Prizes have all been donated by various companies (including Planet Dog, 1-800-FLOWERS, Thundershirt, Sturdi Products and more) for the Daily Kibble contest. There will be one winner per day, each of whom will get all 26 prizes, and all of whom will be selected and announced on February 26.

Daily Kibble is encouraging each lucky winner to share the love and pay it forward, by selecting a favorite charity to which Daily Kibble will make a donation in the winner's honor, and encouraging the lucky winners to pay forward all or some portion of their 26 prizes to dogs, cats or other pet lovers they know. In this way, Daily Kibble challenges its contest winners to unite for community and generate acts of unconditional love in the face of the devastation that took place at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

  2. I think this is an amazing idea! I stumbled on your blog and it reminded me of something that some friends and I are doing in Newtown, CT where we live. One of the victims, Charlotte Bacon loved animals and actually wanted to be a vet and the other fascinating similarity is that her birthday is 2/22, which is when your program ends! Thank you for keeping my community in your heart!
